DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Meet sales target of windows, glass & doors aluminum. Building long-term relationships with clients, contractors and architects to increase sales Create and execute a strategic sale to gain project contract from commercial & residential sector. Responsible on tender process, negotiation, & contract terms with client & stakeholders Managing administrative of selling contracts & ensure every project runs in accordance with agreed requirements Collaborating with any internal Department to ensure successful of project Ensure all the specifications comply with client request and quality standards Recruit sales representatives, set objectives, train and coach them, and monitor their performance Handle complaints or problems that arise during project implementation in a constructive
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor’s degree in Architect or equivalent Minimum of 3 years of experience in Aluminum industry & must have a good connection within the industry. Advance in Microsoft Office especially in Microsoft Excel. Have a strong communication in Bahasa & English. Good documentation and reporting skills. Able to understand and read the architectural plan, design and drawing.
