Sales Strategy Development:
Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.
Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities.
Team Leadership:
Manage and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve individual and team sales goals.
Provide coaching, training, and performance evaluations to ensure continuous improvement.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and direct customers.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and promotional activities with key accounts.
Market Expansion:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in untapped markets.
Develop strategies to increase market share and enhance brand presence.
Product Knowledge and Promotion:
Maintain in-depth knowledge of musical instruments, audio equipment, and related products.
Plan and execute product launches, workshops, and promotional events.
Sales Forecasting and Reporting:
Prepare and monitor sales forecasts and budgets.
Provide regular sales performance reports to senior management.
Collaboration with Other Departments:
Work closely with marketing, logistics, and product development teams to align sales strategies with overall business goals.
Provide feedback from the market to influence product enhancements and new product development.
REQUIREMENT
Experience:
Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the musical instruments, audio equipment, or related industries.
Strong understanding of the music industry and market trends.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
Skills:
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in sales forecasting and CRM tools.
Passion for Music:
A genuine interest in music and musical instruments is often a strong asset.
Other Requirements:
Willingness to travel extensively for client visits, dealer meetings, and events.
Fluency in English and the local language for effective communication.
