DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Design creative marketing strategies to boost brand awareness and drive sales. Lead the Marketing & Creative team in producing effective promotional content. Manage the marketing budget to ensure campaign efficiency and effectiveness. Conduct market analysis, including competitor research, to develop competitive strategies. Monitor the performance of marketing campaigns and provide regular reports to management. Directly contribute to achieving sales targets and the business growth of RSV Helmets.
REQUIREMENT

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in marketing, with experience in the retail or automotive industry being a plus. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Proven ability to work towards targets and lead a team to achieve them. Experienced in managing digital marketing strategies, including social media ads, marketplaces (Shopee, Tokopedia), and SEO/SEM. Skilled in creating strategic marketing plans based on data and market trends. Creative, proactive, and able to think outside the box to develop innovative ideas. Flexible and willing to work outside regular hours, including attending events or activities.
