DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Identify major incidents and coordinate real-time responses. Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for major incidents and develop preventive measures to avoid recurrence. Manage transparent and informative communication with all stakeholders during major incidents. Prepare post-incident reports for evaluation and documentation. Optimize the collection, storage, and distribution of knowledge to support faster and more efficient incident resolution. Provide training to teams on how to use and update the knowledge base.
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor's degree in Computing/IT or a related field, or equivalent IT industry experience. 1 year of relevant experience as Major Incident Manager, including a minimum of 3 years as Major Incident specialist. Familiarity with the ITIL framework and best practices in incident management. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Analytical mindset with the ability to handle stress and operate under tight deadlines. Completion of ITIL V.4 training.
