DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Sales Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through leads, connections, and referrals. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets. Prepare and deliver tailored proposals and presentations to potential customers. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain a robust customer database, ensuring accurate tracking of interactions and engagement. Foster strong relationships with existing clients to ensure retention and identify upselling opportunities. Monitor customer satisfaction and address concerns proactively. Collaboration with Finance: Coordinate with the finance team to ensure accurate billing and adherence to payment schedules. Support in resolving invoicing or payment-related queries from customers. Operational Coordination: Work closely with the operations team to ensure resource availability and effective planning for customer requirements. Communicate customer needs to the operations team for seamless service delivery. Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular updates and reports on sales performance, pipeline status, and customer engagement metrics. Analyze market trends and customer data to identify growth opportunities. Market Intelligence and Strategy: Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and customer preferences. Propose initiatives to enhance service offerings and strengthen market presence. General Business Development Activities: Represent the company at industry events, networking sessions, and trade shows. Collaborate on marketing initiatives to generate leads and brand visibility. Support other activities related to driving business growth and achieving organizational goals.
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in logistics, transportation, or trucking services. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth. Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills. Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
