DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Monitor and analyze costs related to plantation operations to ensure budget efficiency. Prepare and review financial reports, including Balance Sheets, Profit & Loss Statements, and Cash Flow Reports. Assist in budget planning, cost forecasting, and variance analysis. Ensure cost control measures are effectively implemented across business units. Utilize SAP for financial reporting and cost tracking (a plus). Work closely with operational teams to improve cost efficiency and financial performance. Support internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with financial regulations. Process and analyze financial data using Excel to support decision-making.
REQUIREMENT

3-5 years of experience in cost control/accounting, with at least 2 years in the palm oil plantation industry. Experience as an external auditor (preferred). Proficiency in financial statement analysis (Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss, Cash Flow). Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, financial modeling, data analysis). Experience with SAP is a plus. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
