DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Good analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience working in an environment with complex integrated systems. Able to work in a team and have good communication. Basic understanding of operating systems (Linux/Windows) and scripting (Shell/Python) is a plus. Experience working with Agile/Scrum methods is an added advantage.
REQUIREMENT

Experience with PL/SQL and able to debug or query databases for data analysis. Familiar with ticketing systems such as Remedy or similar platforms. Understand how to start, stop application services, and manage servers remotely. Experience using monitoring tools such as Dynatrace and Grafana. Understand system integration and able to handle communication between applications and their surrounding environment. Minimum 1 year of experience in Application Support or a similar position. Minimum education of Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
