DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software problems for employees. Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems, applications, and devices. Set up, configure, and support network equipment such as switches, routers, and wireless access points. Support users with password resets, system access issues, and security-related inquiries. Perform routine system and software updates, ensuring systems are secure and functioning optimally. Monitor and respond to IT tickets and ensure they are resolved in a timely manner. Support IT projects such as system migrations, software rollouts, and hardware upgrades. Create and update knowledge base articles for end-user self-service.
REQUIREMENT

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities. Experience with Windows and macOS operating systems, Active Directory, and networking. Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, cloud applications (e.g., Office 365, G Suite), and IT service management tools (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow). Good understanding of cybersecurity principles (e.g., firewalls, anti-virus software, encryption). Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to assist non-technical users. Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
