DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Learn and understand the company's sales and marketing systems, as well as its product offerings. Participate in a structured development program with 3 months of comprehensive training followed by an 9 month assignment. Develop sales and marketing skills specific to the Fire, Safety, Security & Rescue Industry. Engage in practical sales projects, working with mentors and coaches assigned by the company. Attend local training sessions and other learning opportunities to enhance sales and industry knowledge.
REQUIREMENT

Minimum education: Fresh Graduate, Diploma IV or Bachelor's Degree from any major. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Strong interest in sales and marketing, with a commitment to developing a career in this field. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Enjoys interacting with people and expanding professional networks. Willingness to fully commit to the entire development program. Capable of working independently and eager to build expertise in Fire, Safety, Security & Rescue sectors.
