DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Provide and support IT services to all end-user
Provide hardware, software, and system needed to all function
Monitor and maintain system, server, and network performance
Checking, controlling & evaluating any troubleshoots (hardware, software, & network) for all business units
Handle request ticket and help to solve any problems that arise in each department in the use of the system
Install and configure software including operating system, system application, and other tools
Maintain and update security software (e.g., antivirus, firewalls)
Monitor system activities for security threats, respond promptly to security incidents (e.g., malware attacks, data breaches), and ensure compliance with security standards.
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation on system and server configurations, troubleshooting steps, and IT assets (licenses and software)
Prepare regular reports on technical issues, system and server performance, and user system utilization evaluations
Develop training materials, including user manuals for systems and software, and conduct regular training sessions for users on the company's systems and applications
Participate in new technology implementation projects, such as system migrations, software deployment, or system upgrades
Collaborate with internal or external to ensure project success and facilitate smooth transitions with minimal disruption to users.
REQUIREMENT
Candidate must possess Bachelor's Degree in Information System, Computer, Information & Technology. Have at least 1-3 years of working experience in IT Support/Helpdesk/Network Fluent in English both oral and written Strong technical communication and quick problem solving skills Proficient in operating systems (Windows, Linux, macOS) Basic knowledge of programming languages (PHP, JS, HTML, Flutter) Strong networking skills, including troubleshooting and device management (LAN, WAN, VPN, Wi-Fi) Familiarity with IT security concepts and incident response procedures. Willing to do business trip for a long period of time Willing to be place in SCBD, Jakarta
