DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Work closely with Suppliers/Principles and manage existing and new customers to ensure sales target are met.
Develop and implement effective sales strategy that meet or exceed sales goals and objectives.
Responsible for entire sales cycle including outdoor sales, quotation, sales order and delivery follow up.
Conduct sales forecast and analysis and provide updates of Sales Progress Report to Management.
Provide product training and conduct presentation to customer.
Work closely with sales or internal team to provide sales proposals.
Proactively identify customer needs and concerns and respond with timely, accurate & effective solutions.
Handle sales enquiries and prepare quotations.
Coordinate and participate in industry trade show, seminars and forums to identify potential product sales lead and networking opportunities.
Conduct market research and identify new market opportunities.
REQUIREMENT
Minimum Diploma or equivalent. Proven experience for 3 years in sales and account management within Printing Industries especially with Photopolymer Plates. Able to communicate well in English to liase with relevant counterparts. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a high level of attention to detail. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to develop relationship and communicate with all levels of management. Good in negotiation, coordination and analytical skills. Possess own vehicle will be added advantageous. All candidates required to submit their CV in english. All candidates resided in Surabaya or surrounding area.
