DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Managing sales team: daily actively, weekly meeting, monthly and yearly KPI Build and care sales team, continuously improve their skill and knowledge. Maintaining key account customer relationship. Conducting market research about competitive dynamics and latest industry trend. Developing and implement annual sales strategy.
REQUIREMENT

Have management related bachelor degree. Understand sales procedure, and how to follow up business opportunity. Good communication skill, passionate about management, able to guide and motivate sales team. Strong adversity quotient, and good problem solver. Result oriented, ready to work beyond what is requested but do what is needed and achieve the best result. English speaking, mandarin is a plus.
