DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Seek and build relationships with new customers to expand business network Handle prospects through meetings, presentations and follow ups Identifying potential customers through research and networking activities Constant follow up with leads through calls and emails to ensure project closing Collaborate with internal teams to develop the right solution according to customer needs. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, build a pipeline, and drive the sales process from prospecting to closing deals Achieve sales target by selling IT solution (Software) to assigned account/client Keeping a record of all sales and activities including sales-call prospects, sales, presentation, closing project, follow-up and action A deep understanding of the ERP Systems Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines in demanding situation Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competition, and customer needs to inform sales strategies and product development
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor degree from IT, Information System, Marketing Communication or equivalent Prefer having minimal 2 years experiences in related field Have a track record as Sales Software is a MUST Knowledge of ERP, business management software, and the technology industry Excellent interpersonal and communication skill Fluent in English both oral and written Fluent in Public Speaking and doing a presentation Sales and target oriented person Self-Motivated, Proactive, Willing to learn, Good Endurance Have good attitude, business ethics, well-groomed and maintain a presentable, professional appearance. Should be a strategic thinker and visionary and help in making profitable future business deals Competitive and aggressive sales nature Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations
