DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Lead and manage multiple IT projects simultaneously. Develop detailed project plans, including scope, schedule, and budget. Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed. Identify and mitigate project risks and issues. Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations. Manage project resources, including team members and external vendors. Maintain comprehensive project documentation. Provide regular status updates to senior management and stakeholders. Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among project team members. Conduct project post-mortems and implement lessons learned. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations. Manage project budgets and track financial performance. Develop and implement project management best practices. Mentor and support junior project managers and team members.
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. PMP or equivalent project management certification. Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in IT project management. Proven track record of successfully delivering complex IT projects. Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall). Excellent leadership and team management skills. Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. Experience with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA). Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes. Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Strong organizational and time management skills. Experience in risk management and mitigation. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
