DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Business Development: Identify and develop relationship with key healthcare providers, including specialist doctors & medical administrators. Execute sales strategies to increase market penetration and revenue. Patient Acquisition: Qualify potential patients based on medical and economy condition. Coordinate patient appointments and referrals with healthcare providers. Marketing and Promotion: Participate in events such as symposiums, conferences, and press gatherings. Willing to travel in and out of town. Relationship Management: Create new leads and maintain relationships with referral sources. Resolve patient inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manners.
REQUIREMENT

Proven experience in sales & marketing, preferably in healthcare, pharmacy, medical device, & insurance industry. Strong understanding of the healthcare industry. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals. Self-motivated and results-oriented. Experience in cold calling and lead generation.
