DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
REQUIREMENT
1. Have bachelor's degree from reputable university with education background from Computer Science/Information Technology, Science & Technology, Business Studies/Management or equivalent. 2. Have ISTQB Certified for Tester is preferable or at least familiar with ISTQB standard. 3. Have >2 years' experience as QA Lead in banking industry. Experiences in testing Contact Center applications (e.g. Genesys, 3Dol-phins Banking Chat, Web Call Engine, etc.) is preferable. 4. Fluent in using Jira. 5. Critical thinker and have problem-solving skills. 6. Have good time-management skills. 7. Have ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. 8. Have ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal super- vision. 9. Have experiences in agile project delivery is preferable. 10. Familiar with Linux commands, Ms. SQL Server Database and MySQL Database. 11. Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 12. Proficiency in written and spoken English. 13. Commit to work for six (6) to twelve (12) months contract and option to extend if required. 14. Teamwork player. 15. Live in Jakarta, Indonesia is preferable or willing to relocate to Jakarta
