DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Handling second level of issues escalation from IT Support Officer. Maintain server, firewall, VPN, antivirus, intrusion detection and other hardware. Maintain server for Dormitory Management System Configure and maintain Active Directory, file server, FTP and backup server. Network monitoring. Set up, monitoring and maintaining DNS, DHCP, VLAN, Proxy Server. Monitoring and managing switches and network appliances Troubleshooting and manage IT operation if necessary. Good if familiar with infrastructure and developer related skills.
