DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Responsible for managing the employee life cycle (I.e., recruiting, hiring, onboarding, training, and firing employees) and administering employee benefits. Preparing, proposing, and executing people development management, performance management system. Responsible for employee master data, payroll process, personnel and administration. Responsible for implementing company regulation, including but not limited to enforce positive industrial relations management. Develop and implement procedures, policies and regulations in line with government regulations, employee relation and working condition. Implement and maintain HRIS according to business process. Manage job descriptions and performance appraisal.
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor degree from Law/Psychology/HR Management Maximum 35 years old Proven work experience as an HR Executive, HR Manager or similar role at least 7-10 years Familiar with HRIS Familiar with income tax (PPH21), BPJS Kesehatan, and BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Experience with full-cycle recruiting Good communication skills, strong leadership, initiative, interpersonal skills, ethics, teamwork, control function, and well organized multitasking Good in HR analytic and good knowledge in updated Labor regulation in Indonesia Able to Handle Disciplinary Actions Placement at Jakarta Selatan
