DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Perform daily monitoring of incidents, trends, and provide feedback. Provide daily, weekly, and monthly reports related to DLP monitoring results, including: Incident reports, Trend monitoring reports (policy, user, etc.), System Health Daily Report, Privileged Threat Analytics Daily Report, and informative reports with charts and graphs. Handle complaints (troubleshooting, root cause identification, and problem-solving related to DLP). Support investigations by providing in-depth analysis of security incidents.
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field (MI/TI). Possess DLP Administration certification or equivalent. Minimum 1 year of experience in Data Loss Prevention management. Knowledge and experience in Windows/Unix system administration, Active Directory, IPv4 network concepts (e.g., IP addresses, routing, URLs, proxies, gateways, and firewalls), Mail Transfer Agent concepts, and core Cybersecurity concepts. Knowledge and experience in Personal Data Protection and Data Privacy. Critical thinking skills and the ability to solve problems as they arise.
