DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Acting as L1.5/L2 technical operations for break-fix and incident response Manage database systems for efficient storage and retrieval of data Plan and execute database upgrades and migrations Ensure data security, integrity, and availability through proper backup and recovery plans Monitor database performance and recommend optimizations for queries, indexes, and overall system efficiency Support with development teams or client engineers with managed database solutions Troubleshoot database issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement solutions Identify and assess database vulnerability patches provided by the corresponding vendors Create documentation including standards, procedures, and knowledge base articles Join client call on technical discussion as required Support the operations on-call rotation Pro-active engagement for improvement of overall infrastructure operations and managed services
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent practical experience Work Experience as a Database Administrator or similar role Proficient in database management systems (RDBMS) such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, MSSQL, and DB2 Good understanding of database security principles and best practices Good understanding of database backup and recovery solutions Good analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail Familiar with ServiceNow CMDB or ITSM / ITIL framework Meticulously drafts technical specifications and thoroughly documents system changes. Good English communication skills both written and verbal.
