DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Managing employee attendance records, ensuring the attendance system is updated, handling employee requests for leave, and supporting payroll processes Preparing various HR-related documents, including reference letter (paklaring), employment contracts, and other employee-related documents. Coordinating with external vendors for office-related services such as water gallon supplies and other operational needs. Handling day-to-day office operations, such as managing the cleanliness and maintenance of the office, ensuring the availability of office supplies.
REQUIREMENT

Min. 1 year of experience in HR administration or HR support roles. Strong organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. A proactive approach to problem-solving and managing multiple tasks efficiently.
