DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Oversee the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow reports. Supervise the day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and general ledger management. Manage month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring timely and accurate reporting. Ensure the proper recording of financial transactions Assist in the preparation of annual budgets, financial forecasts, and financial projections. Monitor and analyze budget performance, identifying variances and suggesting corrective actions. Prepare financial analysis and reports for senior management to aid in decision-making. Stay updated on changes in accounting and tax laws and ensure the company’s compliance. Prepare and file necessary reports to regulatory bodies, including tax filings and other statutory submissions.
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field At least 2 years of experience in accounting or tax-related roles Understand the Indonesian tax system (PPN, PPh 21, PPh 23, PPh 4(2), PPnBM, etc) Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Solid understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively. Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal). Proactive, with a strong sense of responsibility and initiative. Knowledge of relevant local tax laws and practices. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes in tax laws and accounting standards.
