REQUIREMENT

At least S1 in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or other relevant field. At least 5 years of working experience in Pre-Sales, especially in the Data Center industry or technology infrastructure sector. Have an in-depth understanding of data centres, including electrical systems, cooling, networking, and security standards. Experience working with complex technical solutions and able to manage sales cycles with large clients. Skill in developing efficient Pre-Sales solutions, based on client needs. Experience in creating technical proposals and cost estimates. Familiarity with Data Center standards and regulations such as Tier Standard, Uptime Institute, or TIA-942. Strong communication and presentation skills, able to convey technical solutions to non-technical parties. Able to negotiate professionally and manage client expectations to ensure customer satisfaction. Able to identify client needs and challenges and offer appropriate solutions. Strong analytical thinking to develop customised solutions relevant to budgets, targets and regulations. Additional certifications such as CDCP (Certified Data Centre Professional) or CDCS (Certified Data Centre Specialist) are preferred. Fluent in English Mandarin language proficiency is preferred.
