DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

1. Manage and oversee relationships with unions, fostering a collaborative environment and negotiating labor agreements. 2. Address and resolve workplace conflicts, disputes, and employee grievances in accordance with established policies and legal requirements. 3. Develop, implement, and enforce HR policies, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations. 4. Lead collective bargaining processes, negotiating agreements that align with organizational goals and legal standards. 5. Stay current with labor laws and regulations, advising management on compliance issues and potential impacts. 6. Develop initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction and engagement within the framework of industrial relations. 7. Collaborate with HR and other departments to address workforce challenges, foster a positive work culture, and contribute to organizational success.
REQUIREMENT

1. Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in HR, specifically focusing on industrial relations. 2. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. HR certification is a plus. 3. In-depth knowledge of labor laws, industrial relations practices, and collective bargaining agreements. 4. Proven ability to effectively resolve workplace conflicts and maintain positive employer-employee relationships. 5. Strong negotiation skills with experience in collective bargaining and labor negotiations. 6. Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with labor laws. 7. Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with employees, unions, and management. 8. Stay abreast of labor laws and regulations, ensuring company policies align with legal requirements. 9. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address HR-related issues and contribute to a positive work environment.
