DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Act as the primary liaison for clients, fostering strong relationships and ensuring client satisfaction. Collaborate closely with clients to identify their requirements, resolve concerns, and deliver customized solutions. Apply expertise in networking, O365, and Active Directory to guide team operations effectively. Manage escalated issues promptly and efficiently. Oversee projects related to IAM operations, ensuring timely and successful execution. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals and deliverables. Proactively identify and mitigate project risks to ensure seamless execution. Drive initiatives for continuous improvement to enhance operational workflows and service quality. Contribute to strategic plans for scaling operations and integrating emerging technologies. Prepare and present regular operational and project status reports to senior management.
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant certifications are a plus. Minimum of 15 years of experience in IT operations or service delivery, including at least 3 years in a leadership role. English Communication Skills is Mandatory Proven experience managing IAM helpdesk teams is highly preferred. Knowledge and exposure to networking, O365, and Active Directory are advantageous. Strong leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to manage and motivate teams. Excellent communication and client relationship management skills. Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools. Analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on process optimization and operational excellence.
