DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Assist in planning and defining the annual audit projects, assessing risks, and tracking progress of non-store audits.
Support audit execution by planning activities, assigning tasks, ensuring audit procedures are followed, and drafting findings.
Monitor the completion of audit recommendations and action plans, preparing regular progress reports.
Validate the resolution of past audit issues by reviewing completed action plans and conducting necessary follow-ups.
Conduct investigations in response to whistleblower complaints or management requests and report on audit progress monthly.
REQUIREMENT
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Management, IT, or a related field Minimum of 5 years of experience in internal audit, with at least 2 years in the Retail, Logistics, or Manufacturing industries Strong data analytics skills Possesses strong communication skills and expertise in business reporting, particularly in audit reporting
