DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

ERP and Accounting Software: Expertise in using ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) for financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and managing financial transactions. Team Management: Ability to lead, mentor, and manage a team of accountants and financial professionals, ensuring high performance and adherence to deadlines. Collaboration: Ability to work closely with other departments (e.g., operations, sales, and production) to provide financial insights, support decision-making, and drive company strategy. Strategic Planning: Capability to contribute to the company’s long-term financial strategy, optimizing resources, and ensuring profitability while managing risks. Problem Solving and Decision Making: Ability to identify financial issues or inefficiencies within the manufacturing process and provide practical solutions. Data Interpretation: Strong ability to interpret complex financial data and present it in a clear, actionable format for senior management. Financial Modeling: Proficiency in financial modeling techniques and the ability to create models for profitability, cash flow, and other key performance indicators.
REQUIREMENT

Male, maximum 32 years old. Relevant Experience: Typically, at least 5-7 years of experience in accounting or financial management, with a focus on manufacturing or production environments. Leadership Experience : leading team and conduct meeting and organize with the cross division, strong leadership skills to manage day-to-day operations while contributing to long-term business success. Bachelor’s Degree: A degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field is generally required. Professional Certifications: Certifications like Certified Management Accountant (CMA), Certified Public Accountant (CPA), or Chartered Accountant (CA) are highly valued as they demonstrate a higher level of expertise in cost accounting. Advanced Excel Skills: Ability to use Excel for complex data analysis, including pivot tables, advanced formulas, and financial modeling. ERP Systems: Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) and cost accounting modules to streamline reporting and analysis. Willingness to work in a team or individually, as required.
