DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Manage the overall operation of the branch, ensuring efficient daily activities and business performance Achieve financial targets, including revenue, profit, and managing operational expenses (OPEX) effectively Develop and implement marketing and sales strategies for short-term and long-term growth Review and evaluate branch performance regularly and adjust plans and budgets as needed Manage branch assets and oversee employee management Deliver and implement HDCX (Harley Davidson Customer Experience) and ensure a customer-focused environment
REQUIREMENT

Proven track record of leading teams that deliver outstanding customer experience in the premium retail space Preferred knowledge and experience with sales of Harley-Davidson motorcycles and/or other premium retail products
