DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. Timely preparation of Group consolidated financial statements and Annual Report for regulatory reporting in compliance with regulatory requirements. Ensure accuracy, compliance with accounting standards, and timely submission. Monitor actual financial performance against budgeted targets. Ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Conduct financial analyses to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks. Supporting the top management to plan, develop and execute financial and funding strategies to ensure that it is in line with the Company’s overall direction, and expansion plan, including minimizing business and financial risks To perform any other tasks as and when requested by Management from time to time.
REQUIREMENT

A professional qualification such as MIA/ACCA/CPA in preferred Minimum 10 years of experience in the related field. Experienced in fundraising and financing processes, including engagement with banks and alternative financing options Strong knowledge of Accounting and Financial Reporting Standard of MFRS Well versed with Companies Act, accounting standards and income tax laws Exceptional financial analysis, forecasting, and modelling skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
