DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

* Delegate tasks and manage team workload to meet productivity and quality standards. * Monitor team performance and provide constructive feedback to improve outcomes. * Resolve conflicts and address issues within the team in a timely manner. * Set clear team and individual performance goals aligned with company objectives. * Recognize high performance and provide coaching or support where needed.
REQUIREMENT

* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field. (Equivalent work experience may be considered in place of a degree.) * 5+ years of experience in endpoint security or related cybersecurity roles, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial position. * Experience with endpoint protection and EDR/XDR solutions (Trend Micro, Carbon Black). * Experience in security information and event management (SIEM) platforms. (Splunk) * Experience in incident response and the ability to manage endpoint-specific security incidents. * Experience managing remote or hybrid work environments.
