DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Establish relationships with customers, explore potential customer needs, in order to achieve revenue and sales targets. Lead sales and marketing teams to achieve company targets. Build long-term relationships with B2B / B2C clients and strategic partners. Analyse market trends and provide strategic insights to improve company competitiveness. Develop annual and monthly event and marketing promotion plans. Coordinate with operational team to ensure smooth delivery and meet client needs. Develop pricing strategies for products or services marketed to customers after coordinating with the solutions and pricing team. Analyse market trends and competitor activities and formulate strategies to respond. Evaluate and optimize marketing and pricing strategies. Carry out sales, report sales results, and provide solutions and address customer needs.
REQUIREMENT

Min. Bachelor's degree Experience min. 3 years in healthcare industry Able to develop sales strategies by channel Have a wide professional network in healthcare industry Have proven leadership and team management skills. Have excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills. Accustomed to working with targets and under pressure. Have excellent communication and presentation skills Have high motivation and excellent time management and organizational skills Have good project management and budgeting skills Willing to be placed in Cempaka Putih, Jakarta
