DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Receive advance voucher & PV realization document for payment transaction through bank and entry bank transactions into system v-next Reconcile bank recapitulation & advance that have not been allocated to jobs with the v-next system. Filling all AP documents and transactions Ensure that recording of transactions paid through the bank has been recapitulated into sub-bank book & has been in accordance with the mutation balance in the current account along with the compatibility of the balance in the general ledger GL & TB. Ensure that bank recapitulation and its inputted advance are in accordance with the balance in the GL & TB ledger in that period. Ensure all stages of the transaction & documentation have been fulfilled.
REQUIREMENT

Max 35 years old with min experiences 5 years as Accounting Senior Staff Minimum graduated from Bachelor Degree/Diploma III majoring in Accountancy is a must Good knowledge of journal allocation and good analytical thinking for find solution Having Tax Brevet is prioritized to understand about tax matter & well understanding of PSAK rules Good in excel formula and others accounting or tax software application Able to speak and write in English and work as a team with minimum supervision Mature, detail & accurate person, also willing to work long hours to complete the tasks (KPI) Have own initiative and good willingness to learn update accounting/tax knowledge Self-motivation to do new assignment from Manager/Management Living in south Jakarta and surrounding areas is preferable
