Assist the managers of various organizations to solve HR problems, and assist in solving the HR problems of the departments under their jurisdiction according to the needs of managers of various organizations for HR, combined with relevant HR systems and policies
Organizational development needs and promotion of implementation: According to business needs, put forward organizational development needs, assist in organizational design and promote implementation
Personnel recruitment and allocation: According to business needs, put forward the annual personnel plan and recruitment requirements, promote the implementation of recruitment and carry out staffing
Talent development needs and promotion and implementation: According to business development and personnel requirements, put forward talent development needs, assist in formulating and promoting the implementation of talent development plans
Understand the ideological status of employees, implement counseling, serve as the HR contact window for local employees, receive and handle employee complaints, etc.
Promote the publicity and implementation of the HR system.
REQUIREMENT
Good image, excellent language expression and communication skills, strong coordination and affinity
Outgoing personality, good professional ethics
Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia, English, and Mandarin (both written and verbal)
Around 5 years of experience in human resources, HRBP experience in large companies is preferred
Experience in mobile phone, e-commerce, Internet or other smart hardware industries is preferred
Bachelor degree or above, major in human resources or related management
