DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Assisting with the recruitment and onboarding of new employees
Maintaining employee records and ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures
Coordinating employee training and development programs
Providing administrative support for HR-related tasks, including payroll and benefits management
Handling general office and administrative duties to support the smooth running of the organization
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to address HR and administrative matters
Contributing to the continuous improvement of HR and administrative processes
REQUIREMENT
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field At least 2-3 years of experience in a similar HR or general administrative role Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Proficiency in MS Office suite and familiarity with HR information systems Understanding of HR best practices, policies and procedures A team player with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset
