Performance Marketing Strategic Planning
Draft and iterate on a holistic performance marketing strategy, ensuring alignment with broader business goals.
Lead the development of a ROAS framework and guidelines to maximize advertising efficiency.
Develop and refine audience segments for better targeting, ensuring our ads reach the most relevant users.
Leverage customer data and insights to create highly effective audience profiles.
Integrated Campaign Management
Implement, track, and optimize multifaceted campaigns across platforms including Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, local platforms, and potential upcoming channels.
Lead and manage campaigns focused on mobile app acquisition, with the goal of maintaining Monthly Active Users (MAU) and Monthly Transacting Users (MTU).
Be accountable for budgeting and spending on advertising, ensuring judicious allocation to yield maximum engagement and conversions.
Monitor spending against the budget and adjust as necessary to meet campaign goals.
Data-Driven Decision Making
Monitor, analyze, and report on KPIs to understand the effectiveness of campaigns and leverage insights for continuous improvement.
Implement A/B testing and other optimization techniques to enhance campaign performance.
Stay updated with the latest trends in the digital marketing landscape, especially in the Indonesian market.
Incorporate new strategies or channels when relevant to maintain a competitive edge.
Collaboration
Work closely with content, design, and product teams to develop compelling ad creatives and landing pages optimized for conversion.
Foster a collaborative and results-oriented team environment.
Organic Growth Optimization
Possess knowledge of SEO (Search Engine Optimization) and ASO (App Store Optimization) to drive improvements in organic acquisition via both website and apps.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance search rankings and visibility in app stores.
Project Management
Exhibit strong project management skills to prioritize tasks effectively and ensure timely execution of campaigns and related activities.
Maintain clear communication with stakeholders, managing expectations and aligning objectives.
REQUIREMENT
Minimum 3 years experience with related role.
Proven experience working with Mobile Measurement Platforms (MMP) such as Appsflyer, Adjust, Branch, or similar tools.
Solid understanding of server-to-server (S2S) integration processes.
Proficiency in using data visualization platforms like Metabase.
Demonstrated ability to independently manage the entire campaign lifecycle, including media planning, implementation, optimization, and reporting.
Experience in managing campaigns focused on mobile app acquisition, with a track record of maintaining MTU and MAU metrics.
Knowledge of SEO and ASO best practices for improving organic acquisition through websites and apps.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on driving results.
Up-to-date knowledge of digital marketing trends and platforms, particularly in the Indonesian market.
Excellent project management skills, with the ability to effectively prioritize work and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
