DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Lead in all aspects of business planning, manage key hotel issues including capital projects, customer service, and refurbishment. Establish the hotel's reputation for quality with a hands-on approach regarding operations Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive bookings and revenue Manage budgets and financial reporting to ensure the property operates efficiently and profitably Achieve all financial and business targets Direct Report to Director
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor's Degree (S-1) in Tourism and Hospitality majors are preferred. At least 5 - 7 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Strong Knowledge in hospitality products and rates. Familiar with Reports, Targets, and Market segments. Should be highly motivated and self driven with strong analytical and conceptual thinking; Mastering various skills such as managerial, problem solving, leadership, hospitality and interpersonal; Solid knowledge of Ms. Office, particularly Excel, Powerpoint and Word. Must have a strong leadership, assertive communication and ability to develop people. Maximum age of 45. willing to be placed in Horison Hotel Group.
