REQUIREMENT
• Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Accounting, Finance, or a relevant professional qualification (e.g., CPA, CMA, CA). • At least 5 years of experience in a senior finance role, ideally within a global or rapidly growing organization. • Experience in the MLM of wellness, health, or beauty sectors, particularly with product importation and regulatory compliance, is a strong advantage. • Proficiency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Strong expertise in Microsoft Excel, ERP systems, and financial analysis tools. • Excellent analytical skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, and a keen understanding of operational efficiency in a growth-oriented company. • Proven leadership abilities with a focus on motivating teams and driving results through innovative financial solutions. Salary Range Rp 15,000,000 – Rp 25,000,000 per month, based on experience and qualifications.
