DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Partner with Sales leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that support the department's business objectives Provide HR insights and recommendations to influence decision-making and align HR initiatives with sales goals Collaborate with the recruitment team to attract, hire, and retain top sales talent Support the implementation of performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and development plans Provide guidance and support on employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and terminations Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field Having at least 2-3 years in an HRBP or similar role supporting a sales function Strong business acumen and understanding of the sales function Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Excellent communication in English, can speak Mandarin is a plus Ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
