DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
REQUIREMENT
Bachelor’s degree in Business/Marketing, Food Technology, Chemical Engineering, or related field. Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in sales, marketing, business development, or key account management, particularly within the fragrance, food, or cosmetics ingredients industry. Strong expertise in fragrance development processes and passion for the fragrance industry. Excellent knowledge of sensory evaluation, ingredients, and processing of final products. Fluency in English is a must. Strong communication, negotiation, analytical thinking, and presentation skills. Self-disciplined, result-oriented, with strong organizational and prioritization skills. Creativity in identifying new business opportunities and the ability to adapt and collaborate with a diverse team.
