DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Lead and drive HR strategies to support business growth, Develop and implement compensation and benefits strategies Foster employee engagement by creating and executing initiatives that improve organizational culture and employee satisfaction. Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership and provide insights and recommendations for enhancing organizational performance. Oversee performance management systems, succession planning, and leadership development. Build and maintain a high-performing HR team capable of meeting the company’s evolving needs. Provide data-driven HR analytics to support decision-making processes at the executive level.
REQUIREMENT

Degree in Psychology (I/O Psychology is preferred). Master degree will be a plus point A minimum of 15 years of experience in Human Resources, with at least 5 years in a management role. Strong background as a HR Generalist with comprehensive knowledge of all HR functions. Proven experience in developing and executing strategic HR initiatives. Expertise in Compensation & Benefits, Employee Engagement, and Recruitment Strategy. Demonstrated ability to think and act strategically, aligning HR programs with business objectives.
