DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Administer and optimizeenterprise SaaS applications including the following: Microsoft 365 includingSharepoint Microsoft Azure AD JIRA Service Management Configure and maintain (SSO) and Identity Provider (IdP) solutions Monitor SaaS platformperformance, availability, and usage metrics User Administration: Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights to ensure appropriate access to resources. Create, modify, and delete user accounts as needed
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor’s degree in computer science,Information Technology, or related field 8-12 years of experience in IT with a focus on SaaS administration and Jira administration & change management Knowledge of major SaaS platformsand their administration Strong understanding of identity management and SSO technologies Knowledge of cloud security best practices and compliance framework. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure. Strong team player – collaborates well with othersto solve problemsand actively incorporates Excellent communication and service skills.
