REQUIREMENT
• Minimum bachelor degree in computer science or equivalent • Minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle database administrator with at least 2 years in a lead or supervisory role • Must have professional level certification on Oracle database • Strong understanding of banking industry compliance standards, particularly in Indonesia (e.g., OJK, Bank Indonesia regulations). • Excellent problem-solving skills, particularly in high-pressure environments. • Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to mentor and develop talent • Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with team members, clients, and senior management. • Can work in shifting manner
