DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Be a trust advisor/architect to the IT Senior Management on the Server Systems/Cloud/Security architecture and technological implementation for the company Support team management by guiding the systems engineers Assist in planning and managing the team budget, including manpower and operational expenses Perform/manage daily operations tasks such as backup and system maintenance Provide 2nd level support to helpdesk and software developers Participate/manage after-hours standby duties for urgent system issues
REQUIREMENT

Degree/Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field Minimum 2-5 years of working experience as a systems solution engineer/architect in a system integrator environment Minimum 2-5 years of working experience in systems/cloud project end to end implementation Self-motivated with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities Proven ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
