DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Manage end-to-end recruitment for head office and project roles. Develop and implement impactful employer branding strategies. Collaborate with marketing to create engaging recruitment campaigns. Mentor and lead the recruitment team to meet hiring goals. Build strong partnerships with job boards, universities, and recruitment partners. Analyze recruitment metrics and continuously improve processes.
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor’s degree in Psychology. 3-5 years of recruitment and branding experience. Proven track record in employer branding initiatives. Strong leadership, communication, and creative problem-solving skills. Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple tasks.
