REQUIREMENT

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor/S1 degree, preferably in Computer Engineering / Computer Science / Information Technology / Information System, or equivalent. Excellent in verbal and written communication in both Bahasa Indonesia and English. At least 3-5 years of experience designing, installing, configuring, administering, and supporting IT infrastructure (system server, data storage, network, firewall, security, and PCs/laptops). Having good knowledge of TCP/IP concepts, VLANs, Wireless Networking technologies and security, VPN, Identity Access Management, VOIP concepts, DNS, backup procedures, group policy, disaster recovery and high availability using industry standards. Having good knowledge of Windows Server and Microsoft Active Directory administration, Linux, Hyper converged environments and understanding of Hypervisors. Familiarity with IT security standards and frameworks. Good communication skill, responsive, proactive, strong analytical, and problem-solving skills. Having good problem-solving ability to troubleshoot and fix issues. Must have effective interpersonal and communication skills. Self-starter, ability to work well under pressure with minimum supervision, multi-task, good time management, and meet demanding deadlines.
