DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Lead the technical implementation of AppDynamics solutions, translating solution architecture into actionable technical plans. Collaborate with the customer’s technical teams and stakeholders, understanding their environment and aligning deliverables with business objectives. Work with AppDynamics R&D and Customer Support to address product feedback engagement-specific support issues, and improvement opportunities. Provide technical mentorship and guidance to junior team members, fostering a collaborative learning environment. Communicate effectively with customers to gather requirements, set expectations, and propose relevant technical solutions.
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field required; Master’s degree preferred, or equivalent work experience. AppDynamics Certified Associate Administrator (ACAA) AppDynamics Certified Associate Performance Analyst (ACAPA) AppDynamics Certified Implementation Professional (ACIP) Preferred: ITIL, TOGAF certifications Hands-on programming experience
