Create and update daily transactions Manage accounts receivable and payable Prepare monthly accounting reconciliations Process invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely payment Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies Review and process employee expense reports
REQUIREMENT

High school, diploma or equivalent Min. 1 year of experience working in as a Finance Administrator, Account Payable or a related accounting role Strong knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Strong communication and interpersonal skills
