Conduct in-depth research on competitors' products to identify market trends, features, and potential areas for differentiation.
Analyze other competitor strategies and market positioning to provide insights - data to supports product decisions.
Conduct user research to understand customer problems, identify and iterate on product ideas and improvements
Collaborate with relate department and Regional Team for related product development
Create the detailed Product Requirement Documents - Blueprint for features and enhancements, outlining; Goals, Requirement, Specifications, User Stories and Testing Scenario.
Ability to present complex value propositions to other teams.
Ability to break down massive product backlog items into smaller and releasable items.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create detailed flow charts or work flow, highlighting user interactions and system processes.
Iteration product testing to ensure a seamless and user-friendly experience.
Work with engineers, designers, ops, marketing, legal and even external partners to make things happen
REQUIREMENT
Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
Minimum 1-2 Years of experience as Product Owner or equivalent, preferably from start-up companies.
Has experience in fintech industry would be preferable
Fluent in English is a must for this role
Has experience using Jira, Confluence, Figma, SQL, MY SQL.
Outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders to achieve product goals.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Demonstrable experience of the agile methodology
