DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Provide clerical and organizational support to a sales team Process paperwork (Purchase Request, Sales Order, etc), maintain the customer database update, and ensure products or services are delivered on-time. Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and successful delivery of products and services. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers. Develop and maintain a sales pipeline to ensure consistent sales growth. Manage the sales process from lead generation to closing the sales Provide Travel Advance (TA), including preparing and sending these documents for business trips and collaborating with other departments.
REQUIREMENT

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, bachelor’s degree, any field related to engineering/HVAC Have a good skill in communication Highly motivated, target oriented individual, and detail oriented Shall be a team player with excellent interpersonal skills Familiar with Microsoft Office especially Excel and SAP Good in English, both written and verbal communication
