DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Prepare financial statements for the branch Manage employees and lead day-to-day responsibilities Ensure overall customer satisfaction Oversee reports for budgets and financial reports Create plans and forecasts that are built to fit future needs Grow business and customer acquisition Produce new revenue by researching and analyzing potential prospects Develop, implement, and maintain sales activities and plans.
REQUIREMENT

Ø Minimum of five years experience as Branch Manager Ø Minimum Bachelor Degree in any field (S-1) Ø Proficient in English is a must Ø Have a consultative sales approach Ø Outstanding written and verbal communication skills Ø Good presentation skills Ø Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ø Ability to handle multiple priorities and work Ø Driven and motivated Ø Willingness and ability to travel 30-40% of the time Ø Result Oriented Ø Mentor junior employees and lead a team Ø Willing to be stationed in all business offices branches If this sounds like a good fit for you, please submit your resume and cover letter.
